Folkloric Market
Every Thursday of July and August (Wednesday if Thursday is a holy day), the folk market takes place in the centre of Bulle. A good opportunity to buy fruits, vegetables and of course local products.
It is not only a farmers’ market; it is also a craft market and secondhand goods dealers and secondhand booksellers. The atmosphere is pleasant with traditional music concerts on the market place. Every week, discover the production process of the famous Gruyère cheese in the small chalet of the “Confrérie du Gruyère” under the bandstand.
