Belgrade Beer Fest
Belgrade Beer Fest with a 20-year history in offering unforgettable experiences to beer and music lovers from the entire region. Since it was founded in 2003, the festival has become the main summer sensation in Belgrade – attracting several hundred thousand visitors annually. Belgrade Beer Fest surpassedits own record in 2010, when more than half a million people passed through the festival gates!
In 2005, the British newspaper “The Independent” included BBF among the 20 top world events, while in 2009, it was awarded the marketing event of the year by “Taboo” magazine. Since 2022, the festival has been declared a manifestation of importance for the City of Belgrade and is part of a wider manifestation, “Belgrade summer” (BeogradskoLeto). The first five editions of Belgrade Beer Fest were held at Belgrade’s Fortress Kalemegdan, and in 2008, it was moved to Ušće in Belgrade. Over the years, BBF has hosted some of the biggest names in the music industry, including world-renowned artists such as Simple Minds, Stereo MC’s, Rudimental, Tommy Emmanuel, Kosheen and many more. The festival stages also welcomed some of the best local and regional artists, showcasing a wide range of musical genres, from rock and pop to hip hop and electronic music.
