Vino in Festa & Wine Cellar Night
Vino in Festa on the South Tyrolean Wine Road and Wine Cellar Night is a wine and culture event aimed at spreading the knowledge of fine South Tyrolean wines. It is a month-long event that offers a unique chance to taste and enjoy wine. From April 25th till June 6th the 16 wine growing towns along the South Tyrolean Wine Road – beginning in Nals and meandering through Überetsch (Upper-Adige) and Unterland (Lower-Adige) until it reaches Salurn- join forces at this long event to celebrate wine tradition and flavours.
A varied programme focused around the topic of wines invites visitors to taste and to get to know each other; simply linger in the historically and architectonically special villages (Bolzano, Andrian, Nals, Salurn, Tramin…) alight in an idyllic atmosphere full of attractive allure.
Vino in Festa ends with the spectacular Wine Cellar Night on the 6th of June. During this day all the wine cellars across the Wine Road open their doors to visitors so that they can experience different wine routes. A shuttle service is set up to take visitors from cellar to cellar. Besides wine tasting, this special event includes walks among the vineyards, outdoor cooking, music entertainment and gourmet specialties.
