Slow Fish

The Slow Fish Market is hosted at Porto Antico and Piazza Caricamento, Genoa. The event offers regional stands, where you can buy sustainable seafood products and explore the changing world of fisheries from coast to coast. Food trucks, street kitchens and craft breweries, snacks and drinks to keep you going. You can also buy books from Slow Food Editore, discover more about the activities of Slow Food in Liguria, in Italy and around the world. For wine lovers, there will be an occasion to choose out of the 300 wine labels selected by the Wine Bank of Pollenzo and Slow Wine. Other activities can be the Taste Workshops and Dinner Dates, as well educational activities for schools and families.

‘Glyka tou koutaliou’ are sweet preserves served in a tiny spoon as a gesture of Cypriot hospitality.
