Courtyards Festival in Cordoba

Every May, Cordoba's neighbors open the doors of their blooming courtyards to visitors during the Courtyards Festival.

This event is recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, and visitors can wander through private courtyards, which are specially decorated with flowers for the occasion. You can also spot some flamenco shows, as well as have the opportunity to taste some traditional tapas.

However, this is not the only time you can discover the beauty of Cordoba's courtyards. Throughout the year, the Trueque Cuatro Courtyards Festival Visitor Center, or the Palacio de Viana, is open to the public.
