Anchovy Day

The day will include specialised activities about anchovies as well as talks, guided tours of the fish market and different canning firms, breakfast and lunch. There will also be a chance to taste grilled, fried and salted anchovies washed down with txakoli, and the musical accompaniment will be provided by dantzaris and txistularis.

Some of the highlights among the activities planned include tastings and music, a combination that combines culture with good food and drink.
