These are the Terms and Conditions for use of www.visiteurope.com and www.etc-corporate.org, the websites of the European Travel Commission.

1. Scope of application

This Privacy and Cookie Policy is applicable to the websites www.visiteurope.com and www.etc corporate.org (hereafter the “Websites”). The Websites are published by the European Travel Commission, registered as the European Travel Commission, an international non-profit organisation under Belgian law, with registered offices at 1000 Brussels, Rue Marche aux Herbes 61 and registered under number 0408.138.386.

All access and use of these Sites is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, you should cease use of the Sites immediately. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any given time on the Sites. Access to the Sites may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice at our discretion. Whilst we shall endeavour to ensure that the Sites are available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason the Sites are unavailable at any time or for any period of time.

1.4. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgium law. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined as illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then within that jurisdiction in which that term is deemed to be illegal, invalid or enforceable, it shall be deleted from the clause concerned and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to remain in force.

European Travel Commission has registered an agent with the United States Copyright Office in accordance with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “Act”) and avails itself of the protections under the Act. We reserve the right to remove any User Content on the Sites which allegedly infringes another person’s copyright. We are under no obligation to, and do not, scan content posted for any violations of third party rights, however, we respect the copyright interests of others and it is our policy not to permit materials known by us to infringe another party’s copyright to remain on the Sites or the Service.
