International Music Festival Český Krumlov
Held each summer in the UNESCO-listed town of Český Krumlov, this international music festival brings live performances to one of South Bohemia’s most picturesque settings. Taking place over several weeks in July and August, concerts are staged in historic venues throughout the town, including the castle and château complex.
The program features around 30 concerts spanning music from the 15th to the 21st centuries, with genres ranging from classical and opera to jazz, folk, musicals, and crossover performances. A highlight of the festival is the rare opportunity to experience Baroque music in the world’s oldest preserved Baroque theater, offering a truly unique cultural experience.
