Dolci Terre di Novi

A prestigious exhibition with more than one hundred stalls, managed by the municipality of Novi Ligure working in collaboration with agricultural, craftsmanship and trade Associations is organized at the beginning of December.

Every day the Bakers Association of Novi Ligure will prepare the typical focaccia (a sort of thin bread with olive oil and salt) with local wheat flour.

Local producers will prepare also the typical farinata, made with local chickpeas, and inside the tasting area you can have typical dishes of Piedmont tradition prepared by the chef Davide Ghezzi.

Inside the fair, there will be a large area devoted to Chocolate, looked after by Pasticceria La Pieve. Also local chocolate factories will propose greedy tasting throughout the  four days of the exhibition.

You’ll find also the Enoteca , a rich wine cellar managed by Alessandria F.I.S.A.R. Group and Consorzio di Tutela del Gavi; among the wines you can taste there will be the winners of the wine competition “Premio Marengo Doc”, organised by the Chamber of Commerce and the Province of Alessandria.
